These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the eBay-GoGo application and related services ("Service") operated by BuySellTech ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

eBay-GoGo is a real-time eBay listing monitoring tool that helps users discover, track, and act on eBay listings. The Service connects to eBay via eBay's official APIs and requires a valid eBay account for full functionality.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By using eBay-GoGo, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your license key and eBay account credentials. You agree not to share, transfer, or resell your license key. Each license key is bound to a limited number of devices as specified by your plan.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial that provides limited access to the Service. The trial is limited to one per device. When the trial expires, you must purchase a license to continue using the Service. No payment information is required to start a trial.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Plans: We offer Pro and Unlimited plans with different feature limits (monitor count, refresh interval, views, and alerts).
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase.
• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied. Contact us at support@flippity.dev to request a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate eBay's terms of service or any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent license restrictions, rate limits, or security measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software
• Use the Service for automated purchasing bots, sniping, or any activity that manipulates eBay's marketplace
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm other eBay users or sellers

7. eBay API Usage

Our Service uses eBay's official Browse API to search for listings. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. eBay is a registered trademark of eBay Inc. Your use of eBay through our Service is also subject to eBay's User Agreement.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Search data and monitor configurations are stored locally on your device. We do not access or store your eBay search results on our servers.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by BuySellTech and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software for personal or business use according to your plan.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service depends on eBay's API availability, which is outside our control. We are not liable for downtime caused by eBay API outages, rate limiting, or changes to eBay's API.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on information provided by the Service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and you will lose access to paid features.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
